Econoline Identification

Here is the Warranty plate data from a specific Ford Econoline

NOTES: The following may or may not apply to this particular vehicle.

• Panel Van = no side cargo doors, no side windows
• Standard Pickup = has 3 or 5 windows (not counting the windshield)
• Custom/Deluxe Pickup = has 5 windows
• Falcon Deluxe/Custom = has side trim
• Super = Extended length
• exc. = Excluding
• pre-ballast = In mid-January 1961, Ford started installing a ballast (weight) above the gas tank. The GVW is different for Econolines without the ballast.
• (H.D.) = Heavy Duty - thicker steel frame, extra leaves in springs, heavy-duty rear axle, heavier payload capacity
